1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using phweek services in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balance pending investigation.

2.2 Account Creation and Credentials

To access phweek services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phweek account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You agree to immediately notify phweek of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phweek will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active phweek account. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds. phweek employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on shared personal information, payment methods, device identifiers, IP addresses, and behavioral patterns.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your phweek account to any other person or entity. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure.

3. Use of phweek Services

3.1 License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, phweek grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use phweek services for your personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or make commercial use of phweek services or content; (b) collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or pricing; (c) make derivative use of phweek services or content; (d) download or copy account information for the benefit of third parties; or (e) use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

When using phweek services, you agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt phweek services or servers, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to phweek;
• Use phweek services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair phweek servers or interfere with any other party's use of phweek;
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit any bonus, promotion, or game through bugs, glitches, or other technical vulnerabilities;
• Engage in abusive or offensive behavior toward other users or phweek staff;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any restrictions or limitations placed on your account;
• Use phweek services from a prohibited jurisdiction or while using VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your true location;
• Engage in any activity that phweek determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to phweek, its users, or third parties.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

phweek accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino users including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers, and other approved payment processors. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly displayed during the deposit process.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your phweek account are from legitimate sources and that you have the legal right to use the payment method employed. phweek reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of payment provider terms, or other irregularities.

Deposits are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at phweek's sole discretion. Processing times vary by payment method. phweek is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your phweek account balance subject to completion of all wagering requirements, verification procedures, and compliance with these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, typically within 24-48 hours for verified accounts using e-wallet methods such as GCash or Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may require additional processing time.

Before processing withdrawal requests, phweek may require you to verify your identity by submitting documentation proving your identity, age, address, and ownership of the payment method used. phweek reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary based on your account status and verification level. VIP members may enjoy higher withdrawal limits as part of their VIP benefits. phweek reserves the right to impose or modify withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. phweek may decline withdrawal requests to payment methods different from those used for deposits, as part of our anti-money laundering procedures.

4.3 Fees and Charges

For account closures not related to Terms violations, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable withdrawal fees, pending transaction settlements, and other legitimate charges.

8.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request closure of your phweek account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Before processing closure, phweek will settle all pending transactions and withdraw any remaining balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal procedures and verification requirements.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on phweek including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio clips, and video clips, is the property of phweek or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said content for commercial purposes or for personal gain without express written permission from phweek.

The phweek name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of phweek. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phweek. All other marks not owned by phweek that appear on phweek services are the property of their respective owners.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

11. Limitation of Liability

• Technical failures, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or communication line failures;

In no event shall phweek's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited to your phweek account in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding phweek services, you agree to first contact phweek customer support to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR's regulatory division.

13. Amendments to Terms

phweek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Terms on the phweek website. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of phweek services following the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

14. Severability
